But I was willing to waive this because of the nice action of the Digitizer - and it was true I could use my Surface 4 Pro pen instead of the Asus - and it worked, excellently - Asus pen had a slightly finer tip but felt to 'drag' on the screen - the Microsoft pen was much smoother - as good as on the Surface
