Went back to my reliable RT-N66U, a more reliable ASUS product.

I understand Asus is PC manufacturer, but when you advertise that your product is fully compatible with Mac OS and iOS system, and you add feature like Time Machine backup, it would be nice if your technical support knows some basics about those

be fix and level 2 support would contact me in 24 hours, well that 24 hrs been gone and pass and no one calls.. worthless support and worthless product, I lost my money but hopefully someone else can save there by this review!

Another short coming I found is that the product literature for this router claims that it supports SNMP (among other protocols).

But overall after one month, thumbs-up to ASUS for making a solid, reliable, feature packed product.

Product had dust, pre-opened packages and scuff marks

26 years of IT background and have never experienced tech support for a product this bad.

I am about ready to return this product as the ASUS company themselves can even help support the product.

But otherwise phenomenal product whether as standalone router or primary router in an AiMesh system.

For a $400 router, this is a huge waste of money and cannot in good conscience recommend this product to anyone.

Wonderful product and experience for me!

Couldn't get any internet service with router and this defective product after only 1 month really hindered working from my home office.

I've always loved Asus products and recommend them to a majority of my friends and family members, but this router is a misfire on their part for sure

I used to make Asus my default for computer parts, but knowing what I know now about how they “support” their products and customers, they won’t be getting my business in the future.

In the past I have bought several ASUS MBs, ASUS monitor, a different ASUS router, and probably more ASUS stuff because I was confident they had good products that I didn't have to worry about purchasing.

This product is junk

I will not be strong armed into paying a fee for an expensive product they should support.

First time it came as a defective product - had to pay shipping cost (minus $15) to return it

It's a great product, but it's not a miracle speaking of range, I use a Linksys range entender to reach my bedroom, and it's 9 meters aprox

This product was terrible

Probably a decent product, but terrible customer service.

Within a month of having this, I have had no issues and the product has been great

I will likely just write this POS router off as a loss, trash it, and buy a good Netgear or D-Link.
