Neither is a slight on the person, just you shouldn't blame a product if you don't have the know how to use it.

How many exchanges will I have to do in order to get two monitors that look as good as the first one I bought two years ago?By the time I add up all the shipping costs, I might as well have purchased the more expensive competing product that I wanted in the first place and never had to worry about washed out, greenish tinged colors

I settled on this Asus monitor because I generally like their products and this monitor has both a VESA mount and HDMI input in addition to VGA and DVI.
