This monitor is excellent , the reviews are right on the stock settings being stale but all I needed to adjust was bumping vivid pixel to 20 , and trace free to 40 and the picture is perfect in racing mode for me , I love this picture on this thing so crisp and clean , I previously owned the older model benq rl27rh and like this monitor more .
-
I did not have any issues that I read in the comments about a red dot being stuck on the screen or bad pixels or anything strange like that

However, I was anxious at first, because of some other reviewers stating of the fact that there was dead pixels that couldn't be removed on the screen

Few dead pixels and the HDMI takes about 5 minutes before it registers and for it to display.

It isn't really that noticeable at all, so as long as I don't get any more dead pixels than I'm not too bothered by it.- Something I have noticed only recently is that there is a slight hum coming from the top of the monitor that can be heard when I have my headphones off and the room is silent
