Asus VG278QR 27” Gaming Monitor, 1080P Full HD, 165Hz (Supports 144Hz), G-SYNC Compatible, 0.5ms, Extreme Low Motion Blur, Eye Care, DisplayPort HDMI DVI

    • Love the swivel action colors and solidness of the monitor
    • : Works easily with G-Sync, 165hz, 0.5ms response time, IPS, great colors, good brightness, very good quality screen as well as the overall build
    • The colors out of the box were great
    • the elmb make it really dim and the color is not great, get the 27inch one with an ips panel you will like it more
    • I like the colors and the 144hz is great
    • The colors are pretty bad with backlight blead all across the bottom
    • The colors and sharpness are great and does run at 144hz
    • Great monitor super nice colors ips panel is really worth
    • Good color and all that
    • Biggest flaw is the colors, everything is washed out and inaccurate, I recommend turning down gamma and up saturation but your results may vary
    • To my surprise the colors on this monitor, out of the box, looked better than on my IPS monitor
    • Pro'sFairly good to great color representation
    • The only problem I have with the monitor is the lack of vibrant colors
    • Excellent color
    • So obviously the 144hz is amazing, but this monitor gets nice and bright without having to be maxed out, and the colors look pretty accurate on the display after tweaking
    • Beautiful deep colors
    • It's not too expensive, boasts a 1440p resolution with 144hz refresh rate, and uses a pretty good VA panel to produce good colors, contrast, and fast enough pixel response for the most part
    • Very disappointed that you must sit dead center of the screen to see proper contrast/colors.
    • I cannot use an ICC calibrations to correct the color I literally made an all red ICC file to just make
    • With HDR switched to "on" in Windows 10 "Display settings", the colors and brightness on the desktop were worse
    • But cool colors are pointless when there's tons of motion blur and ghosting
    • This monitor combines the motion clarity of a CRT with the vibrant colors of a IPS Panel
    • One month since purchase: the color, features and brightness are all good so far but there is one annoying defect - the bottom
    • Good color out of the box for a TN panel
    • Not for creators, colors are decent but digital contrast is quite poor but to be expected for a gaming monitor
    • Good monitor but came with dead color right side at dead pixels
    • The colors look incredibly good
    • Great color
    • With HDR enabled, appears to be a real good color range, monitor rotates easily.
    • The colors would be a slight issue but if you can get it to your own perfect color
    • For the price this monitor is fantastic and would recommend for someone who wants a higher refresh rate monitor, but also wants good colors.
    • The screen has nice color
    • PC - I use a software to adjust brightness and warm color; Console / PS4 - I manually configure RGB to make it more red and save 2 settings: 1 for non-dark room and 1 for dark room environment
    • Nice colors, size and no issues.
    • the first impression was unbeatable without any dead pixel an image with incredible colors but afterwards the brightness has greatly despired me when you see an image with white rises without reason you put a dark image and the brightness also falls which annoys a lot while you surf the internetyou calibrate the colors and the image looks spectacular and suddenly the colors change for no reason and get dark and you should reset the settings and do it again every time you turn off the computerIf you want it for gaming for competitive online games you must be sure to have a graph that at least 150 fps in those games because otherwise the response time with g sync activated at less fps less hz and the response time of less 100 down is very badif I could return it and go for the new Lg models but to my
    • I'll gladly take the SLIGHTLY worse colors in trade for a much better response time and no risk of backlight bleed/IPS glow with this monitor.

    • It's got really nice color and easy to use features and at 27" it's well worth it for the price
    • Yes, the color is not excellent, but it is very good for games.
    • Honestly, i don't think the average person who is looking for perfect color uniformity would even notice a difference but being use to using a high quality TN panel for several years i did notice after staring at it for a while.overall, if my TN panel monitor did not give me any side effects i would prefer the picture quality over this one, but eliminating the headaches by far outweighs any of the specs
    • The colors would be a slight issue but if you can get it to your own perfect color
    • I tried to play several games, and changed presets on the monitor but no matter what I did, this white glow/ washed out color from the bottom right and left corner persisted
    • Warm color setting from OSD barely turns the color warmer
    • The presets aren't the best, but the colors are great once they are dialed in
    • nice!IPS Panel looks amazing sitting next to my 4K IPS monitor as well, color between the two on default settings are very similiar, brightness is about the same as well
    • Good monitor but came with dead color right side at dead pixels
    • I got this because I thought the high refresh rate would be nice for gaming but the colors are so bad I couldn't even tolerate a few minutes of playing
    • They have great color reproduction, they have great viewing angles, but in its stead you get the familiar yellowish gold glow
    • - Good color accuracy out of the box.- Didn't have to adjust much other than the obscenely high brightness that every monitor seems to come with nowadays.- ELMB is surprisingly good even though it seems to lock the overdrive
    • While the colors, brightness, response rate were quite good, it had significant backlight bleed in all four corners
    • But cool colors are pointless when there's tons of motion blur and ghosting
    • It's clarity and beautiful color palette is amazing to see and enjoy!!
    • The perfect user mode would be sRGB with adjusted sharpness to remove the creamy/blurry fonts and color temperature to your liking
    • Second monitor I received had terrible color accuracy and I mean terrible and for whatever reason, I cannot for the life of me change the color accuracy in windows at all
    • The colors and brightness of this monitor is pretty amazing
    • Color is good but not vivid due to blue light filter.
    • I've spent a lot of time trying my best to go through all the settings to produce accurate colors for photo and video editing but it is just not possible
    • Right out of the box this monitor had impressive color and clarity
    • things are noticeably ugly and the colors are dreadful
    • Bright, accurate color (for being TN), and the FreeSync works perfectly with NVIDIA cards (thanks to the new driver updates allowing it)
    • Bright, accurate color (for being TN), and the FreeSync works perfectly with NVIDIA cards (thanks to the new driver updates allowing it)
    • I play open world games and fps and like how with the pushbof a few buttons I can change my screen to great color to high fps.
    • The reason i chose 4 and not 5 it is hard to get the colors to look correct (none of the included presets look up to my standards)
    • The colors are vibrant and It has almost no back light bleed
    • - Despite the various modes/options I mentioned above, Some just make the colors look weird and others are not clear about their purpose
    • but it has great color and
    • Color is great, not washed out at all
    • Any area where a bright color is transitioning to dark is heavily smeared so the overall image appears to shimmer and streak in motion
    • The color is beautiful and the monitor detaches so easily for mounting
    • Color and textures are amazing
    • Everything is blown out, and the colors are terrible
    • Upon powering on, the colors were very appealing and my eyes weren't screaming into the brightness
    • is great and Nice colors
    • It's lightweight, beautiful colors and great for gaming.
    • Very good color quality, which I appreciate
    • its rare that you love everything about something.bottom line this is an incredible monitor at a incredible price.and I paid the higher end 519.00.the picture quality is superb colors are beautiful right out of the box.blacks are deep and colors are vibrant and has paper white whites.i have no backlight bleed and a very slight glow in lower left corner like 1x1 inch barely noticeable.i bought the omen x 27"240hz,and the benq 2780q,Acer Predator XB271HU Abmiprz 27 returned all due to outstanding issues.omenx was impossible to balance out the dark and light areas of games due to lack of black variations and fresync2 is bunk with nvidia cards, benq had a horrible viewing angle and glow (HORRIBLE!!!
    • This one sits at a fair price of $400, and for that you get the best colors and viewing angles i've seen out of a TN
    • The colors are a lot more vivid than the other monitor was.
    • The colors and everything else though are nice
    • The colors feel a little nicer on my old Samsung, but I could not justify the price Samsung is currently asking for a 144hz 27" panel
    • The colors on this monitor are horrible
    • Monitor is really great except for the fact that there is a lot of IPS glow that shows through in dark colors
    • It is super responsive and the colors look great
    • The ASUS has such great colors and it’s sooooo smooth
    • The monitor has great color fidelity out of the box in “racing mode” with a slight improvement after calibration
    • the color is great because of the IPS panel its much brighter and the vision is wider
    • I haven't had a chance to check its color accuracy but per one technical reviewer the monitor has pretty good color accuracy out of the box
    • Considering this is a 280hz, you're covered for competitive, you get the IPS for amazing color production to enjoy single player gaming, it's 24.5in it's the perfect PPI for it to like nice and
    • The colors are pretty accurate right out of the box
    • The picture is clear, the color is amazing, and I don't see any issues.
    • The colors are bright and vivid.
    • Color is great, smooth and lots of options.
    • Do look from other sources for the optimal settings and color profile.
    • Now I had a new issue, the colors are TERRIBLE
    • It was a great monitor but i have a problem on video and on a color blue but still great
    • Very good colors and brightness
