but I ordered this monitor from this listing expecting a new product and what arrived was a re-taped mess with cable cord bags torn open, no plastic protection film over the monitor body OR the screen itself

As a reminder, this was 10 weeks ago, and they just now sent me a tracking number for a check that I have to be present to sign for at my house at any point it may show up (something I was not given an option for).ASUS has some decent products out there, but I will absolutely never deal with this company ever again simply because their inability to behave like humans is severely lacking
