Wasting my time and my money, spent 24$ for postage

This time, however, I am disappointed in Asus

The second time, Asus refused to cover it under warranty as they claimed there was physical damage (their pictures attached).

There may be some minor scuff on the side, but the phone was never not in a case (except when shipping back to Asus twice), and always had a glass screen protector installed, which was in perfect condition, no cracks of any kind, when the digitizer failed the second time.

It ended up with 25% starting at 86%, but the screen went black when I dropped it once I've dropped my honor 8 more times than I can count and it still works

It fell a lot of times then the last time, it was damaged

If I hold the phone up to my left ear, I hold the phone too low and people have a hard time hearing me, due to the mic placement.

I decided i would remove the back and see if it knocked a ribbon loose, as i have done with countless other phones, well the glue holding in the batter fused the battery to both sides of the phone, and when i started to pull the back off, like i have done countless times on phones, it ruptured the battery skin, and proceeded to smoke profusely

I easy prefer it to my Xiaomi Mi5 Pro
