Keys are nonresponsive many times

terrible static....all the time!

I am disappointed with the scratchy, slightly distorted sound quality each time I use the phones as regular handsets or as speakerphones.

They were about 10 yrs old & she has a hard time reading or seeing anything on a screen

I feel like I hear static or crackling in the line all the time.

Hard time getting phones to work.

People have a hard time hearing me on the other end of line.

like I have all this time.

Also love the quiet time feature for naps

This phone is clear, no static, picks up instantly ( no poking the green button 3 times while the other person hangs up ), managed to combine a lot of features without being confusing

At the very least, if we've saved someone else the trouble, it's worth our time.

Can't understand the caller ID, automated voice has hard time pronouncing even with 50% accuracy.

I had to re-record the answering machine outgoing message four time before it was intelligible.

I am accustomed to AT&T phones like this one.

and I can honestly say that these new AT&T phones work just as well
