This one has defective batteries

the had a better battery cover that stayed on.

When the cover is off, the battery hangs out the back.

We don't use it very much because the sound quality is terrible, but from what I can tell it does have a pretty good battery life

batteries won't stay charged hate it

And missing a battery.

no signal at all...not sure why....may be sending back....could be bad batteries from the original order....but shouldn't be already?

The product was previously used but was packaged perfectly and continues to work as though it was brand new.

The product works as it should.

It is a good, basic phone which works as it should and doesn't take up much room.... just what I was looking for

AT&T tech support wasn't much help either.

These new ATT&T phones work great and the speaker phone function is awesome

I have similar (but older) AT&T cordless gear at home which has worked fine for 7 years
