This phone by at&t is lowest quality and some features can not be corrected...like the number of rings we selected 4 or 5 and it will not change it goes immediately to voicemail and we can never get to the phone quickly to answer this

I have been able to teach my children how to use a land line phone in case of emergencies as well as teach them to memorize a few important phone numbers!

Not as good as AT&T phone I replaced

AT&T could not trouble shoot.

Called the 800 AT&T number to help and they could not figure out what was wrong with the phones so asked me to mail them back for replacement.

No channel button so when there is static u jus' have to go along with it.
