The thing died after 6 week, lost dial tone

The most irritating thing about this phone is the touch sounds when depressing a number on the keypad

It is so sad that things are being made cheaper and

One strange thing is you can change the ringer but it doesn't change it for both the phone and base

Best thing about it for me is that it doesn't have a lot of bells & whistles.

If I had any thing negative to say about this phone it would be that the volume could be higher.

She loves that she can use the speaker phone part and hear every thing very good

Called the 800 AT&T number to help and they could not figure out what was wrong with the phones so asked me to mail them back for replacement.

AT&T could not trouble shoot.
