Originally thought I just had a bad battery in 1 of the phones but after reading through other reviews I have the same problem with the base phone not charging and am not going to waste my time trying a new battery or exchanging the phone all together

If you want to waste your money and time don't hesitate and buy this phone, the quality of the sound is horrible, you can hear a lot Static!

Called the 800 AT&T number to help and they could not figure out what was wrong with the phones so asked me to mail them back for replacement.
