I have had it for a few years -- I initially found the phone frustrating when saving and dialing long distance -- I called an AT&T service rep that said I needed to use the # sign (not exactly intuitive) to add a 1 in front of an incoming Caller ID number -- too bad this is not an automatic feature -- it is also hard to edit a new directory phone number -- you cannot scroll to the beginning of the number and insert a 1 -- this simply replaces the first number with a 1.
