Every time I answer the phone, the recived falls on the floor.

I have a hard time using this phone

It falls off all the time, and upon inspection of the handset tab, I can see why.

You can only drop a phone so many times before it doesn't work anymore.

bad cheap, not worth my time for details, do not buy,

I just dropped a Customer support call two times and now wish I didn't buy this phone

second time i buy AT&T phone like this and it doesnt work

The display is extremely difficult to see or read, and I can not find a way to enter the correct time and date, according to the instructions

every time it rings I have to shine a flashlight on the display or put it under my desk lamp.

This time,I am disappointed

However, the time, date and caller id are difficult to read as the phone does not light up

Time to get out the sledge hammer, this will be fun and way more worth the purchase price that that cheap piece of plastic!!!

If you don't mind the fuzzy velcro against your ear - and you might have a harder time hearing your party with that over the earpiece - not to mention if you did velcro it, the receiver still might not hang up the phone properly if the button isn't pressed all the way down

I have had AT&T phones like this before and they are great

I purchased this phone to replace my AT&T CL2940, which died in less than a year from the date of purchase.

AT&T support team could not fix it
