5 stars to their customer support!

Contacted customer support and gave description in detail and stated I have tried everything in the trouble shooting insturctions and as well as there online help, email came back with troubleshooting tips that I already stated in the email so not very helpful

Please customer support help me out.

(They spell the word question wrong on their defunct customer support website, which basically allows customers to try to answer customers problems

So I already put on a review, but making a new one because I’m having issues and trying reach customer support on here because some reason the website doesn’t work

I contacted their customer support and they helped me until the problem was resolved.

Customer support was responsive (take them up on their offer to ask questions before you purchase)

Customer supports is great with this company they respond back really quick and know a solution to any problem u might run into to.
