The other big complaint is the wiring.

My only complaint is that the power cord and RCA cables are hard wired into the back

Yet no way to fasten down tonearm, no ground wire to prevent 60 hertz hum

I assume the wire came lose inside the player, and that some quick dis-assembly and soldering would resolve the issue.

And they're hard wired in, so I couldn't just replace them with a longer set

but it can be wired into a receiver system as well

The cartridge cannot be changed (without, as I understand it, some seriously invasive cutting and soldering), there is no ground wire for external amplifiers, and the RCA cables are hard-wired in (they can't be switched out)

Its's perfect!I recently bought the "black" Audio Techinca Turntable and it works just fine!It ain't pricey, and it doesn't have poor quality
