They lack this sort of glowing harmonious quality, and they sound a bit dead and flat.- Highs were fine and precise, but I remember them sounding a bit loud, especially on the top end

On the sound (overgeneralizing a bit):- Bass is eh, but a bit loud and overly pronounced

A little bit of White Noise when there are no sounds present, if you have a game open the noise seems to be gone, but if you have nothing

Love them, a bit quiet though

A friend gifted me a new pair of these, which I fell inlove with and were stolen shortly after, I bought a refurbished pair, and audiowise are great, however the size adjustment component is a bit loose.

They are a bit tight on my head, but comfortable.

Unfortunately the 990's had worse sound quality than the 770 (a bit harsher sounding and not as clear) and were very uncomfortable even after only a couple of hours
