it is record sound in pc (audacity) in low volume but ok with volume increase after recording very good in dslr & smart phone

i don't think it's the phone because it won't work on my laptop either... but connecting the lavalier directly to the phone works, but i can't hear anything though

Does NOT work with iPhone 7, despite advertising that it "includes adapter for newer smart phones."
