The door camera not so great.

While it seems like common sense that a keypad would be needed for a smart door lock, August does not seem to agree

This is a must have to go with the August smart door lock

To combat this, everyone has to carry their physical door key, which DEFEATS the whole purpose of the keypad lock

Makes it really easy for a busy family with teens to come and go without remembering keys yet still keeping the door locked and house secure!!

My entryway has a solid metal door a frame, sidelights, and an exterior moulding around all that.

It makes it fairly simple to secure the door remotely, but this keypad is terrible.

Other than that, when its working it reliably unlocks the door.

The door lock auto unlock feature doesn't work and the doorbell cam is not connecting
