While the product is excellent and works wonderfully with my August system, the app worked so well for my needs that I actually returned this product

These products are still not ready for prime time I own them all for 2 houses and recommend for friends whom actually purchased and more than 3 years in the market and still not working as advertised and most importantly horrible after sale service I am selling them all
