They pair very easily; the magnets are helpful when not listening; the price is incredible

The weight of the control on the right side of the wire took a little getting used to (as in, a little figuring out how to keep it from falling out of my ear) but otherwise it's a Great product at at Great price.

Can't ask for more than that in a very reasonably priced headphone.. but all that is for not if they won't even work new out of the box.
