It comes in a really nice leatherette case, and the recorder itself feels sturdy.

A pretty case it comes in is worth mentioning too, of course.

The one caveat is that I find the low C to be a little finicky.

C/C#, and even G a bit, is not easy to reach.

I can reach the holes on my regular Tenor recorder with the key just as well as I can on this one.

It is every bit as sturdy and functional as I will ever need.
