The middle drawer will hold a box of spare folders or hangers, and I've got another box behind the tray organizer in the top drawer

The included insert for the top drawer and frame for file folders are nice

Absolutely love my file cabinet...arrived well packaged...love the one file drawer and two smaller for stamps, envelopes, etc

-- I didn't see that feature on a lot of more expensive units -- they just lock so you can't open top and bottom drawers as once to avoid tipping (this unit has that feature as well).Note: I saw someone here asking how to open the drawers given the lack of apparent handles
