I would probably give it a five rating if all I wanted to do was listen to music and have background noise cancelled

So the microphone does not filter out background noise very well

Secondarily, I also wanted noise cancellation to allow me to focus better on work when there is background noise

They also complain about being able to hear a lot of background noise

and it's worked as well as or better than the M04 in most regards.

I kind of miss not being able to go to the garage or outside, but not a bad compromise for the price and the convenience of Bluetooth.
