We've gone through several pair that always seem to have weak points at end up breaking where the headphone attaches to the band

That's a good thing because plastic headphone pivots are weak points that, in my experience, always snap from the stress of normal use

note a couple minor negative points here and hope that the company will consider improving them in their later models:1

The headphone is under 4year warrantee but t this made no indifference.
