The first unit worked for less than a week and Amazon replaced it.

With that help I could effectievly shut off the Voice Command and the unit is working to my satisfaction.

I must have got a bad unit because it will not transmit further then a few feet

there".This extends the range considerably better than a cheaper unit (other brand) we had purchased previously.

The first unit I received had a restriction and I believe was geared more towards headphones, so you don't bust your ear drums

This unit is great, had a cheaper model and had a hard time getting more that about 20 to 25 feet out of it

It is a very simple unit overall, but simple as in you don't have to guess how it works - it is very intuitive to use, and the voice prompts that pop up when you're configuring the unit are easy to follow and understand

This unit is attractive nonetheless.

I am not sure what else to do to get increased volume to my headphones from the TV.Its a nice unit and paired right away with my headphones

Wonderful small unit with a huge range

I may have gotten a bad unit.

But the redeeming factor is the second unit works really well.

The unit works as advertised although there is a noticeable, albeit slight, delay between actual tv and transmitted signal.

Since this particular unit doesn't support volume adjustment from my headset, since the manufacturer says it's a firmware problem, since the firmware update they sent cannot be loaded onto the unit as the software sent doesn't match the installation instructions, since the manufacturer hasn't responded to my additional support request in what I consider to be a reasonable amount of time and because I have no confidence in the unit, I've returned it to Amazon.

I highly recommend this unit.

The audio volume is significantly greater on the smaller, cheaper unit as compared to the more expensive, non-portable Oasis.

Some things worth knowing:This unit is *very* aggressive about reconnecting to the last connected device

This unit has performed very well for me.

I'll then decide on more of the OASIS units or another Advantree BT adapter

There are cheaper units, but I can understand why this unit is highly rated and a bit more expensive - it feels "built to last," is very easy to use, looks like a pretty solid piece of equipment, and seems to have pretty good service

They even sent me the additional Oasis unit at no cost to make me a satisfied customer

The unit paired easily to both my hearing aid system as well

The new unit took over a week to arrive, even though I'm a Prime member, and it doesn't work any better than the original one
