I travel often and have been using Office Depot Clear Project files to carry boarding passes and other paperwork on my trips.

I had a couple of incidents with (minor) leaking water bottles or with light rain on an open bag and papers stayed dry in these plastic folders (vs. previous problems with papers in manilla folders that got warped paper and ink ran).

The old version was made with a heavier weight plastic that was stiff and did a great job protecting papers in my briefcase
