I think these dividers are a good idea but with limited usefulness

A fine idea and the heavy clear plastic divider sheets are certainly of better quality than the usual paper ones

A nice idea for naming the tabs--there is a template available at avery.com to let you print a sheet with names and insert it into a sheet protector at the back
