This is a great TV/DVD unit

It would seem like you put the dvd in backwards to make it work.

The DVD works fine

Not only is this a portable dvd player, it is also a pc monitor with a HDMI input, and a television with DC power in.

The picture is great the only thing I am not happy with it the sound, the volume is turned up all the way and its like they are whispering the volume sucks bad dvd player is great.

The DVD also works fine, though it does not 'remember' where you stopped (with a lecture series DVD I have tried), which is a little annoying.
