I had a little bit of a hard time turning and tightening the bolts (its the next day and my fingers still feel sore 😔)

I brought it twice and the same problem happened both times.

The gate was fairly easy to install and didn’t take long to put up, but the first time my three year old pushed a little too hard on the gate the door came off

Love the gate just having a hard time getting the top to latch.

Contacted customer service two times since I've purchased this, ignored both times.
