I have some similarly-priced Sony over-ear headphones and these B&O headphones are more comfortable, made with better material (real leather instead of pleather which degrades quickly and is falling apart on my Sonys) and have more pleasing sound reproduction

Bass heavy and complex tracks like pop, rock, and R&B sound lively and upbeat with moderately heavy bass that is well controlled and does not overwhelm the rest of the track.

This makes it very easy to see at a glance which side goes on which ear even in a near-dark room, unlike most other headphones which seem to put a tiny L and R somewhere difficult to see
