I'm an audio guy with several nice pairs of headphones and these are comparable to the nicest ones I have, except:Once again a headphone manufacturer accentuates the bass a little too much.

I've got a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 15, which are (or were) offered at a similar price point, and I like them quite a lot.

On my Macbook Pro Retina its literally like taking a good pair of headphones and giving a caffeine jolt to the sound
