Moved to these from Sennheiser Momentum 2 - much better, IMO.I did purchase a replacement cable from Oppo - which works very well, improves the sound quality while still providing the controls.

But they're about a third of the price, so if you're just looking for some great sound quality for at home, they're a good option.

Some additional notes:When correctly fitted, the outside sound rejection of these phones is REALLY good, among the best I've encountered without active noise cancellation (which always degrades the audio quality somewhat)
