The B&O Play comes with the headphones of course, USB charging cord, an outlet adapter, a cord if you don’t want to or can’t use the Bluetooth feature, useless instruction booklet, and a soft cloth bag

Five star product, one star off for bad instructions.

I disabled this (instructions below)Also, I must point out that I don’t mind the storage bag since I use a case that holds my DAP and cables

The scant instruction manual is almost useless unless you want to learn 17 different languages.

My better on-ear’s include Beyerdynamic Aventho, Sennheiser HD1, Bose Soundlink, the more reasonable Ghostek Rapture and now the Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H8i

n’t understand this design flaw on what should be really great headphones.—————First off, I recommend you download the app (as they indicate) and use the instruction there since the instructions included in the box are pretty useless (unless you know what you are doing and if you do then you won’t care about instructions)

There is a very very slight hiss when the cancelation is active that is only really noticeable if you aren't listening to anything through the headphones (this is normal for any noise canceling headphone and the b&o is a lot quieter than any others I've used)

Thank you B&O for sending these H8i headphones almost fully charged.

These B&O are comfortable enough, though I am surprised at how thick the head band is
