Bang & Olufsen Beoplay P2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker Built-in Microphone with Echo Input

    • The volume is surprisingly loud with no distortion.
    • Enough volume and frequency range to satisfy for a little while while your in a place where it's socially acceptable to use a speaker as opposed to headphones
    • Volume and it's adjustability is limited to the device it's paired with
    • You can play/ pause the P2 by tapping it but the Sony has Pause/Play as well as volume and power buttons on it
    • Clear crisp highs and decent lows at virtually any reasonable sound volume.
    • The volume doesn’t work
    • rich- Volume is great gets loud with minimal distortion- Charges with USB C like my phone
    • Sometimes the volume works fine other times it operates at 40% capacity even though my volume is turned up to 100%
    • Midrange and highs are smooth without any hints of distortion approaching higher volumes.
    • Sound is great, volume excellent
    • However, in actual use at the beach, the Bang & Olufsen was far superior with better volume control and sound quality than
    • For music it produced impressive bass and volume but the bass was boomy and muddy, combined with a lack of treble detail it just sounded compressed and murky.
    • It is completely capable of filling an outside deck area with a volume capable of possibly annoying very nearby neighbors, all without any perceptible distortion, even with bass-heavy music
    • Next issue - the volume now only has 2 options: mute or on (and the “on” level is not very loud).
    • This B&O is also MUCH more superior than my KEF MUO Wireless Bluetooth Speaker - Racing Blue which is roughly twice the price of the
    • , B&O is expensive, but you are getting an excellent speaker that will probably last a decade or more.
    • This is the most powerful of all current B&O portable speakers.
    • , B&O never fail to impress me with their signature sound.**Update**Had to take 2 star off because after about a week getting it I feel like the battery life is worse than I thought.
    • Compared to other B&O portable speakers, it’s the lightest of them all
    • This little speaker delivers big rich sound with characteristic B&O clarity way out of proportion to its diminutive size
    • I finally only got it to work after downloading the (free) B&O Play app
    • The instructions are online, buried at the B&O website – annoying!-Charge does seem to last a “long”
    • The volume level is the most perplexing issue - guess B&O quality control continues to lag (obviously the company has no idea about or interest in Six Sigma). In an attempt to “fix” the problem I have uninstalled and reinstalled the B&O app, deleted and reestablished the Bluetooth connection, but neither seemed to make a difference.
    • If B&O makes big improvements to its app and devotes more effort to explaining how to use their stuff versus wowing potential customers with overproduced webpage marketing videos, eventually you will be able to realize the P2's full potential.
    • B&O wins!I played Spotify on both speakers with the same songs by Led Zeppelin, Audioslave, NWA, Beastie Boys, and Taylor Swift
    • B&O has always had a reputation for making HiFi gear that was both stylish and good sounding- the perfect stereo to compliment your MCM or Danish Modern furnshings
