and so are the cheap supplied screws that are soft and cant even screw into wood without stripping out with ease

The mounting screws are also exceedingly poor quality metal, ready to strip at the slightest provocation.

However, the screws that are included are absolute garbage.

I also used longer screws and sunk them into drywall without framing location worries

My only complaint is the cheap screws which come with the lights

I purchased a 10 pack knowing I would only use 6 but wanted extras for replacing a potential bad fixture(s) sometime in the future or if I needed additional light concentrated in a particular spot

I decided that this was too trivial to bother about and simply mounted that light so that the tiny interruption of lighted LED’s was difficult to see so that I wouldn’t be distracted by noticing it.

The light is really amazing...especially when not all of the lights had been working in those old T-12’s
