They were flickering from bad ballast, bulbs, sockets, you name it; with those old fixtures it's a constant maintenance issue, especially in colder weather when they don't want to come on and damaging to your eyes when they Finally do come on

I originally had some 8’ long T8 style fluorescent lights that I thought were bright, but these new led are much brighter and there is no delay in coming on in the cold weather

They make zero noise in cold weather, no flickering in cold weather, and produce zero heat in the hotter months
