I've supplemented this with a DC to DC 12 V, 2 Amp smart charger that is now available that I can run off a jump start battery when needed

15w solar charger is really junky for $100 +

I really recommend this solar charger, without any doubts.

My charger died within a year and my boat almost sunk because my bilge pump drained my battery during a prolonged rainy period

Charger only flashes yellow, not steady to indicate charging

Update: 7-20-14.The first solar charger is still working great at Lake Ozark in central Missouri

Works as it supposed to.

Sometimes seems to work ok sometimes, but it's really hit or miss as to whether the battery is actually charged when the light on the charger says it's charged.

Has worked as I had hoped so far, I will update my review if I have any issues
