Placing cap without perfect center alignment, leads to crushing the felt tip deep inside the highlighter.

Great idea, I LOVE the sharpie version of these, but the tips broke off a few when I was in a hurry and recapping (there is an odd lip inside that they can catch on and it breaks off pieces).

The marker has fallen off a couple times because the cap has come unattached from the piece with the chain
