They are a cute idea and I bought them for my sister in law in Pharm school, but by the time she received them, the caps had come off of a few markers and the markers had dried

I was excited to get them, but after using the colors begin to fade out and the blue and purple highlighters are so dark I could not even read my information

its like cheap little covers... don't feel secure, and wouldn't be surprised if it drives up super fast.
Only bad thing is they have a cheap cover for the highlighter tip, and one of them was already missing when we received them.
the syringe-like appearance makes it seem as though they are retractable, but not only are they not retractable, but the very small covers are somewhat difficult to remove

The covers are so hard to get off you have to do it with your teeth.
