About 2 weeks ago he started having trouble with the right headphone

Finally, after about a month of frustration, I sent them back to Amazon and searched forever on Amazon for a new pair of great wireless headphones (since I used gift cards to buy this), but could not find anything that had the fashion, fit and sound that I liked from my Beats

The headphones are soft around the ear

On top of that they make my ears overheat, not the most comfortable headphones out there

Moral of the story is these headphones are really great, but like they always say, "third time was a charm" and the whole process of getting there was a bit frustrating

These headphones were terrible

I haven't had too much time to work on it, but from what I got from their support is that I can take my super expensive headphones and send them in and some time up to 90 days from when they get them they will tell me how much I owe them to fix them.

I have been using these headphones at the gym every day for a couple months now and the headphones have gotten loose to the point that I have to hold them in place if I am doing anything like looking down... a bit disappointed as I have taken extremely careful care of them and always put them back in case when not in use.
