I love these headphones but they seem to have a battery problem

First one couldn't even charge, second time, it quiet working, and third battery problem, and now the ear pads are falling apart

The price is, as you can see, too expensive to be bought when you aren't using it often

Bass is hard hitting, but not as annoying as in the QC15

And the mods and highs were not nearly as crisp as you should have from a pair of $300 headphones

They do not perform nearly as well as at least two other over the ear headphones that I have owned.

It doesn't bother me as I can hear it only when there is no music or video playing
