In the end i was able to get my headphones which is cool, and I really do enjoy the product; However when you pay $400 dollars for an overpriced product you expect there to be enough quality so that it doesn't start falling apart before you reach a month, but if it does you you expect the company to replace it no questions asked.

StyleThis may not be the best product for each of these categories, but its the only one that seems to offer a good combination of these 4.Connectivity is not as superb as other headsets, but if you're just planning to connect this with your phone which would always be at your side, then there should be no issues

This is called "planned obsolescence" and I shouldn't have been surprised that Beats created an expensive product that falls apart, and set their business workflow so they wouldn't have to shell out replacement parts or product
