A few months later, the cheap plastic connector to one of the 'phones just fell apart / broke / whatever

I got missing chargers, connector and bags

After 3 months the connector inside the headphones was loose so we could no longer charge.

Amazing sound, very well built, well designed e simply beautiful, but the battery is not lasting 12 hours as advertised
