There’s a loose piece in the left earpiece that rattles

My only problem is the right side is not as loud as the left

The sound is good, but when they arrived, the package was open and the left can was totally loose in the ear

This worked for a week now the entire right side is not working and the left has begun to fail

The pads are still intact, and they sound just as good as when I pulled them out of the box

I wear.(I know I sound like I am complaining a
