All in all, this is good if your headphones aren't super hard to drive, and as I said, there isn't any noise on a decent source.

I purchased two of these inexpensive headphone amps, and tested both with full loads on them (4 headphones on each - or, to be precise, the one detached side of 4 headphone sets, as in a recording studio)

I only needed one headphone out, but this works great!

Great little headphone amp, but does have crackling line noise sometimes, doesn't do it too often if no one moves the headphone amp with their headphone cords, but still it happens, & also makes line noise sometimes when you turn the dials

I now have my good headphones, my noise canceling headphones, and my desktop speakers hooked up to it and they all work fantastic.

Just make sure you either buy adapters with it or that you already have the right source and headphones.

Using 1/4-inch to 3.5 mm adapters I now have four handy headphone outlets that can be used.

I plug my guitar into the input, and have the headphones in slot 3 (any available slot works great).

if you don't want to spend much money and want a headphone splitter/amp that works, this is the thing to get.

If you are mixing sources into something that is inherently mono, like a guitar amp, this will work without issues; if your are using headphones like me you will need to get an adapter.

The sound quality is excellent...actually better than some other more expensive headphone amps on the market

The only thing I don't recommend doing is turning the volume past the 2nd notch for your good headphones because they might damage them like they did mine.

I purchased my Behringer Ha400 headphone amplifier in November of 2008, and it died in December of 2009.

Great headphone preamps for project studio.

It is capable of operating the headphones at more than adequate volume levels and distortion and hiss are minimal.

The downside is it doesn't put out much power before distorting, so my "good" headphones are pretty quiet.

Basically my headphones were just not loud enough.

I have seen little audio hubs made for PCs, but they typically only support two outputs (headphone and speakers), whereas this supports four.

When I first got this it blew up my headphones and didnt work right at all with my desktop speakers or anything.

Because we live in an apartment, plus my wife sleeps during the day (works the graveyard shift), I sometimes use headphones when watching movies so as not to disturb anyone

Having just purchased 6N3 tube amp found in testing has an interesting output impedance issue that this little amp useds as final stage to headphones works very well to resolve

No heat issues with the unit, more than enough volume with the Basics headphones, much better than expected sound from inexpensive headphones.

Splitters stink because the volume will be different in each headphone if they aren' t the same model, each listener can't change volume independently, and you can hear when the other person bumps their headphone.
