My house has ungrounded outlets, two wire electric converted improperly to three prong modern outlets by a prior owner, which this surge protector did detect as incorrect

This thing has lots of plugs which helps me out since I only have two usable outlets in my bedroom

As an FYI for anyone reading, I had a major power surge this past summer when the neutral line on my house power supply broke, and the only thing that protected anything was hardwired GFI electrical outlets, so for less than $20.00 for all parts from any DYI store, I'd also recommend those be installed for any expensive equipment you truly want to protect.

i have had a couple of them in the past and never had a problem and this has enough outlet options for my needs it is also nice that it is made in grey and white
