One of two had a power switch which failed on first use, but Amazon customer service promptly replaced it with minimal effort on my part (one of the reasons I like to buy from Amazon).Otherwise, this is a fine unit with an excellent, innovated design allowing traditional plugs and "wall warts" to coexist in a smaller footprint than would otherwise be possible.
