The other issue making this purchase one we regretted, was the extremely stiff "button" that is suppose to engage the swivel feature.

As soon as I pressed the button on the back, the button sunk in, and can't be pulled out at the device isn't made with enough room to fish out the button

Well I just cannot push the button in to get it to turn

The button on one caved in leaving it completely worthless and in the trash as the internal parts of the unit were exposed

The white button that unlocks the rotation feature for the prongs was broken

And the button is extremely difficult to reach and push down
