Belkin Boost Up Bold Wireless Charging Pad 10W – Qi Wireless Charger for iPhone Xs, XS Max, XR/Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, Note9 / LG, Sony and More (Pink)

    • Very touchy about placing the phone in order to charge.
    • The phone gets fairly hot while charging
    • I have a Tech 21 case I bought at the apple store and the phone charges fine with the case on
    • Pulled it out of the box & plugged it in, placed my phone on top (with case still on) and it worked immediately
    • It charges my phone fairly quickly, but not that much faster than my current Belkin 5W Boost Up wireless charging pad that I purchased just two months ago for half the cost of this.
    • If I don’t have a case on my phone, phone will slide off of charging pad even if it’s on a flat surfaceOverall, I like this charging pad, like I do many other Belkin chargers for Apple products
    • Now all she has to do is put the phone on this wireless charger at night and viola, each morning the phone is ready to go
    • It wasn’t a fun feeling to wake and see the sun shining when I was supposed to be up at 4:30 am only to realize my phone was dead and alarm didn’t go off even though I carefully placed it on my Qi charger the night before
    • I lay the phone on this every night, and there is an indicator light that turns on (but not too bright) while charging
    • charge your iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, and compatible android phones
    • If your job is the kind where you leave your phone on your desk at work while you work then this is perfect as it can keep your phone topped off when your not using it
    • Over time, the charger seems to mess up the phone's battery so that it no longer will charge/discharge effectively when you use the normal wall socket charger
    • I lay my phone exactly in the middle and get the green light every time
    • The phone is kind of cool looking laying on the counter, but truth be told I'm a little afraid a cat will sit on it one of these days (which I'm not sure would be harmful to either of them, but who knows). Also, a tiny (and I mean tiny) green light on the surface lets you know when you have a good charge going
    • Why must we plug in our phones?Thankfully, most of the top model phones today including inductive charging.
    • I have experienced no issues with charging or difficulty in placing the phone in what some have mentioned as a certain location of the pad for it to charge
    • Tried charging different listed compatible phones without cases, and in the suggested positions.
    • Charges my phone on nightstand at end and works great!
    • My Samsung phone doesn't work, and older iPhones don't
    • Just like the previous customer, my phone got hot, and after charging my phone for over 5--6 hours, in only charged about 3 %/
    • I have noticed that my phone gets pretty warm after sitting on it for awhile, but nothing alarming.
    • This works well, charging our phones quickly
    • what I dislike: phone has to be aligned to the center of the pad, or else it won’t be charged
    • One, sometimes my phone gets super hot
    • The phone never complained and it charges fine through a fairly solid protection case
    • Even 1cm off center will cause the charger to ignore the phone
    • I hate plugging phone into cables
    • I like being able to just lay the phone
    • But if your phone has a cover its super easy and convenient since you wont have any uneven issues caused to do the camera.
    • You have to position the phone in just the right place, missing the whole point of wireless is to put your phone down randomly to charge.
    • Plus I like having my phone in an upright position – vertical or horizontal
    • Took the charging pad out and set up on nightstand, compatible phone (Samsung Galaxy) seemed to sync right up.
    • Will charge your phone IF you don’t protect your phone
    • Using this with an iPhone 8 and 8Plus ....... works as intended ...... seems to take just a bit longer to fully charge then if the phone was plugged in with an Apple cord ....... phones get a bit warm (not hot) as well
    • It charges my phone fairly quickly, but not that much faster than my current Belkin 5W Boost Up wireless charging pad that I purchased just two months ago for half the cost of this.
    • However, for me personally, my only dislike, it seems like my phone took a while to charge, it got charged but took a while
    • You have no choice but to lean your phone on this charger but it worked just fine with the thicker case
    • The stand lip is t very big, and it is easy to have the phone just slip off and fall off the stand with a case.
    • Both that charger and this one allow for portrait or landscape charging, but this one rests the phone more securely in both orientations, thanks to it's shape and the non-slip, rubbery surfaces
    • Plug in the charger and just lay the phone or tablet on top of this charger and a small light goes on to indicate it's charging
    • I have one of those thick phone cases that only the tall/narrow Qi chargers can work with.
    • It’s so convenient to lay my phone down and have it charged
    • Therefore, if your phone supports the feature, just plop your phone onto this pad before bed and you'll be charged up before you know it!
    • but I left my phone on the charger for four hours and my phone only still have 50% battery so disappointed in this charger it takes forever to charge the iPhone
    • When I try to play just one more game while it charges the phone gets extremely hot.
    • twice)- Phone hangs over both the front and back (when positioned properly) and it almost seems a little unstableBefore spending $60+ dollars on this item take a look at Apples upcoming AirPower mat.
    • if the phone isn’t on there exactly right it won’t charge that is the only reason for reduction of a star.
    • It's too easy to knock the larger phones off by accident.
    • That same phone worked fine on the Belkin 5W charger because it lays down on top of the charger.
    • I should also mention that I have an Otterbox case and it does not have any problem charging my phone with it on
    • I like the vertical stand as it takes less desk space than laying a phone flat, which would probably work nicely if you wanted to watch videos while it charged
    • It really warmed my phone up like a hot plate too
    • This charges his phone just as fast if not faster
    • I just lay the phone on it and it charges
    • The Belkin works well... always charges my phone reliably, and can be used horizontal or vertical, however many stands available for 1/2 the price offer similar features.
    • This charges his phone just as fast if not faster
    • You have to lay your phone in the correct direction for it to charge but it does its job great!
    • A tiny bit fickle when putting the phone on it but not enough to take away a star.
    • It takes a long time to charge the iPhone X and the phone is very warm when I remove it from the charger.
    • Works great, magnets guide phone into the correct placement, and the non-slip ring keeps my case-less phone from sliding off
    • First, the phone lies flat on the center of the mat
    • When charging at 50% charge, the phone gets slightly warm
    • I like just laying down the phone and not looking for plug!
    • I got this wireless charging pad and love it because it’s easy to use and yes, it charges my phone very quickly, super happy with my purchase
    • and it saves the possibility of damaging USB sockets on expensive phones and tablets
